SECTION 1 - FINAL SALE POLICY
All sales are final. No exceptions. We ensure a positive Decoden experience in our studio, and our staff is available to assist you throughout the crafting process. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask for assistance.
SECTION 2 - PRIVACY AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
We collect payment information solely for the purpose of processing no-show or late cancellation fees. Your credit card details are securely stored, and we do not have access to the full card number. We also track customer interactions with our website to better understand how users engage with our content. We do not sell or use your data for any other purpose.
SECTION 3 - CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR CUSTOM CREATIONS
Customers are responsible for their own custom creations made during their visit to our studio. All materials, including non-toxic silicone glues, are safe for use. Once a product has been created and taken home, we are unable to accept returns or modifications.
SECTION 4 - IN-STORE EXPERIENCE ONLY
Our business operates on an in-store, hands-on crafting experience only. We currently do not offer shipping or delivery. All products must be taken home on the day they are created.
SECTION 5 - CONTENT SHARING AND SOCIAL MEDIA
Customers are encouraged to share their creations on social media. By posting and tagging our official account on Instagram, customers will receive a discount on their next visit. We reserve the right to use images of customer creations for marketing purposes, including reposting content from social media platforms.
SECTION 6 - AMENDMENTS AND UPDATES
We reserve the right to update and amend these terms at any time. Customers are encouraged to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes.
